Yes, it does rain intermittently in NZ, but usually it is a drizzle and never stopped us from tramping and seeing the sites. You just need to wear a breathable rain jacket.

Celebrating the New year in some other country can be so beautiful thing and New Zealand is the best palce to visit as one can do many thing there like sky diving or rock climbing.The population of the country is also very less so there won’t be too much chaos.

When I was there this past year for NYE, I had such an amazing time. Why don’t you think NZ is more apt for travelers? The country sure knows how to put on a celebration!
