You Will Need a Rental Car in New Zealand to go Ghost Hunting

For the last couple of weeks Ghost Hunters International have been investigating New Zealand’s haunted destinations. If you are interested in the paranormal and plan on picking up a rental car in New Zealand, then consider visiting some of this country’s haunted locations.

While on your New Zealand tour make sure you stop by Dunedin to see Larnach’s Castle. This is the country’s only castle and one of the spots investigated by Ghost Hunters International. Reports at this site include full body apparitions, EVPs and strange happenings.

If you will be in Christchurch then stop by the Hereford Court House located at 114 Hereford Street. The third floor of this building is supposed to be haunted. An people report the feeling that they are not alone while visiting this historical building.

If you are visiting Granity, then make plans to visit the Granity Hotel. This historical hotel used to house coal miners back in the late 1800s. A fire broke out here killing six people. Today it is reported that you can see a firey figure of a man in room 16.

Finally, if you are visiting the North Island make plans to stop by Spirits Bay at night. According to local legends, this is the spot where spirits leave the earth for the next world. Reports suggest that spirits can be seen walking down the beaches at night at this location.
